At MatchedFertility, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website or contact us through our forms.

Who we are

MatchedFertility is an independent fertility clinic matching and guidance service. We do not provide medical treatments. Contact email: [email protected]

What data we collect

• First name, email and optional phone / WhatsApp
• Country, age group and preferred language
• Treatment interests, who the treatment is for and previous treatment cycles
• Priorities, preferred city and when you want to start
• Consent choices, exact consent wording, timestamp and page language
• Campaign parameters such as UTM values and fbclid, if present

Why we collect your data

I use your answers to prepare a personal clinic recommendation and email it to you. Your treatment answers can include health-related information. Occasional helpful emails are optional and require their own checkbox.

Legal basis

The questionnaire asks for separate consent to process your answers and to share them with the matched clinic(s). Neither required checkbox is preselected. The optional helpful-info checkbox is separate. You can withdraw consent by emailing [email protected].

Data sharing

With your explicit sharing consent, I can pass your contact details and answers to the clinic(s) you are matched with so they can contact you. The questionnaire itself sends your request to me; it does not automatically send it to clinics.

• Netlify — form processing and website hosting
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and analytics via Meta Pixel, only activated after your explicit cookie consent
• CookieYes — cookie consent management
• EmailJS — delivery of requested guide emails

Each of these providers processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Data storage

Form submissions are securely processed and stored via Netlify Forms. Data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your request.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and to show relevant advertising. Specifically:

• Essential cookies — required for the website to function. These are always active.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our site (e.g. pages visited, time spent).
• Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) — used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show you relevant ads. Meta Pixel tracks actions such as page views, WhatsApp clicks, and form submissions. These cookies are only placed after you give explicit consent. Data retention
